Online Booking Policies

First Time Guests

Please allow us to help you receive the best experience possible.

WThis will ensure that your service is scheduled correctly.

  • All corrective colors & Keratin speciality colors ECT require a consultation prior to the scheduled service.
  • We do our initial consultation by Text message. 

Returning Guests

In order to schedule your reservation online, we ask that you please observe and agree to the following:

  • You are a current Cabo Glam Hair Studio guest.
  • Please reserve only one appointment per service and time.
  • Please do not schedule a reservation in the notes section.
  • If you need a color correction, please message us prior to booking online.
  • New Clients or if you have not Booked for 6 months or longer We require a card a deposit to book all reservations.
  • Please be advised that a fee will be assessed for all no show appointments and cancellations made without 24 hour notice. 
  • Booking an appointment online and/or over the phone is an automatic agreement to our terms and conditions.
  • If it’s been longer than 6 months since your last visit, please text us @624-155-9918


By moving forward with online booking I agree to the cancellation, no show and amendment of reservation policies that Cabo Glam Hair Studio has in place. If you have further questions contact the studio.

Our Service Guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Cabo Glam Hair Studio. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. 

Please keep in mind that using box color, henna, or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. 

Right to Refuse Service

Cabo Glam Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff or other guests.

24 Hour Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

This allows us time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service may result in a charge for 100% of the cost of services you are reserved for in order to reserve another appointment time.

Again, we understand last minute unforeseen circumstances may happen. If this is the case, please communicate with your stylist as soon as possible for a case by case waiver.

Running Late?

Please be courteous to your stylist and other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule and assess a fee for the cost of services scheduled.

Methods of Payment

Cabo Glam Hair Studio accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash, PayPal, and Zelle as valid methods of payment.

*Note when paying with Credit Cards a 16% IVA will be added to the charge.

We are located in Pedregal. Take a right after the arches and swoop around, we are on the right hand side in Local #3.

Parking Information:

We have 2 parking spaces, but they’re not always available. You can also park in the diagonal spaces adjacent to the salon.

Parking is also available at Hotel Tesoro Los Cabos or the Cabo Cultural Pavilion.
