Agreement For All Return Guests For Online Booking

By moving forward with online booking I agree to the cancellation, no show and amendment of reservation policy that Cabo Glam Hair Studio has in place. If you have further questions contact the studio.

Important Note For Online Reservations

Your request will be scheduled based on Artist availability. Your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from Cabo Glam Hair Studio. A credit card is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations and any fees that may be incurred. 

If you do not have the ability to give us a credit card we can discuss something that works by messaging us on our Whatsapp Business Number at +52-624-155-9918.

First Time Guests

If this is your first time visiting Cabo Glam Hair Studio, please complete our new client questionnaire via the button below. 

We will then be in touch to book your first appointment. This will ensure that your service is scheduled correctly.

  • All corrective colors require a consultation prior to the scheduled service.
  • We do our initial consultation by Text message. 

Return Guests

In order to schedule your reservation online, we ask that you please observe and agree to the following:

  • You are a current Cabo Glam Hair Studio guest
  • Please reserve only one appointment per service and time.
  • Please do not schedule a reservation in the notes section
  • Please do not schedule a color correction via online booking
  • To respect our stylists’ time we do require a card on file for our strict cancellation policy.
  • If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, please do so within 24 hours to avoid a fee by calling the studio
  • Please be advised that a fee will be assessed for all no show appointments & cancellations made without 24 hour notice. 
  • Booking an appointment online and/or over the phone is an automatic agreement to our terms and conditions.
  • Please Note Your Reservation Is Not Accepted Until You Receive an Email/Text Notification Confirming.
  • If it’s been longer than 6 months since your last visit, please complete our new client questionnaire and we will contact you to book your appointment.
